An island vacation is primarily an outdoor experience. Lodging should be affordable, clean and comfortable. Why pay for anything more?

Each of our cabanas , the Lapis Lazuli and the Bella Sera, has an air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom with hot-shower, a small kitchen with the appliances necessary for a self-catered holiday and a small living-room with a TV and cable connection.

Low-season Apr.16-Dec.14 US$ 70

High-season Dec.15-Apr.15 US$ 90

There is a four-night minimum, which will be charged at check-in, with the balance due the day before check-out.

Check-in time is after 4pm unless other arrangements are made.

CANCELLATIONS  If a confirmation is cancelled sixty-one (61) days prior to the arrival date, one hundred (100) percent of the total rental fee, less a $150 cancellation fee will be refunded. If cancelled between thirty-one (31) days and sixty (60) days prior to arrival date, fifty percent (50) of total rental fee, less the cancellation fee will be refunded. If a confirmation is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the arrival date, no refund will be paid.

If the property is re-rented for the original vacation rental amount, one hundred (100) percent of the total rental amount, less the cancellation fee will be refunded. If re-rented for less than the original rate, renter will receive the balance of the rental amount, less the cancellation fee. If the property is not re-rented, or if there is payment outstanding, no refund will be paid.
