CABANAS AT ELYSIUM 

The cabanas are part of "Elysium" which is our home, located in a pleasant residential area on the south-side of the island, halfway between Oranjestad and San Nicolas.

ELYSIUM

Because the driving distances on Aruba are short, this central location is very convenient for those who wish to explore all four corners of the island and to visit regular tourist attractions in short day-trips.

You can be sure always to find your way back "home" before the sun slips over the horizon,  in time to take a picnic basket or just your beverage of choice to the palapas across the street to enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable, in colors that most people seldom get to see, if ever.

This picture shows Toots, one of our pets, enjoying a wonderful view of the Spanish Lagoon. She is adamant about having seen the legendary "green flash" and is hoping for a repeat performance.
